Small Group Training: $300 for 4 people

Additional $50 per person if adding 5-8 persons

Small Group Training is personalized and specialized training just for you and your group. Learn what it takes to be your best; physically and mentally! This one hour session is delivered in a small group of 4-8 people who want to learn in an intimate environment with a coach who is focused on getting your technique and training just right. Small Group Training sessions will hone on the basics of punches, kicks, elbows, knees, footwork, and movement to prepare you with the solid foundation for self-defense techniques and fighting back against an attacker. By default you will also get a great workout!
